Psychology and the Good Life Hacks
Gratitude List
- I’m grateful for my parents and my family for helping me with everything and giving me everything I could possibly need to suceed.
- I’m also grateful for my friends, especially my APCSP buds, who always keep me happy and entertained.
- I’m thankful to my teachers for helping me learn what I know and always being understanding.
Here is a list of words that were important to the video:
- Mental Health - The condition of a person’s mental well being
- Depression - A condition related to the elevation or lowering of a person’s mood
- Anxiety - Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations
- Stress - A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.
- Psychology - A field of study that studies happy people
- Behavior - The way in which one acts or conducts oneself, especially toward others.
- Habits - A settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
- Positivity - The practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude.
- Emotion - A natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one’s circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
- Priorities - The fact or condition of being regarded or treated as more important.
Goals
I made some goals, not just things that I want, but also goals based on mental health and happiness:
- Get all As this year but also mantain a good social life.
- Get 4s or 5s on my AP Exams
- Keep my mental health in good shape
- Spread happiness in order to help others stay happy
- Practice some stress relieving methods
