Gratitude List

  1. I’m grateful for my parents and my family for helping me with everything and giving me everything I could possibly need to suceed.
  2. I’m also grateful for my friends, especially my APCSP buds, who always keep me happy and entertained.
  3. I’m thankful to my teachers for helping me learn what I know and always being understanding.

  • Depression - A condition related to the elevation or lowering of a person’s mood
  • Anxiety - Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations
  • Stress - A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.
  • Psychology - A field of study that studies happy people
  • Behavior - The way in which one acts or conducts oneself, especially toward others.
  • Habits - A settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
  • Positivity - The practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude.
  • Emotion - A natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one’s circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
  • Priorities - The fact or condition of being regarded or treated as more important.

Goals

I made some goals, not just things that I want, but also goals based on mental health and happiness:

  • Get all As this year but also mantain a good social life.
  • Get 4s or 5s on my AP Exams
  • Keep my mental health in good shape
  • Spread happiness in order to help others stay happy
  • Practice some stress relieving methods
